In 1939, Vasilios and Aphrodite Haseotes started it all in Cumberland, RI with nothing but a cow and a dream.

Today, Cumberland Farms continues to transform right before your eyes, with a whole new state-of-the-art shopping experience featuring delicious beverages, snacks, and freshly prepared sandwiches. Revamped store designs and the introduction of the ever popular Chill Zone continued to make Cumberland Farms the "stop that keeps you going". We're still family owned, still family operated, and still dedicated to making every day easier for you.

EG GROUP COMPLETES CUMBERLAND FARMS ACQUISITION

EG Group, one of the leading global independent operators of gas stations and convenience stores, announced today the completion of their Cumberland Farms acquisition. Based out of Westborough in Massachusetts, Cumberland Farms operates 567 convenience stores in seven northeast states and Florida.

EG Group is pleased to announce it has entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition of Cumberland Farms in the United States of America. Cumberland Farms operates approximately 600 convenience retail stores and fuel stations across seven north-east states and Florida and employs c.9,000 people.
